Shipping & Returns
RETURNS
You may return most new and unopened items purchased from Paizo.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a replacement. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to Paizo error (wrong item shipped, damaged item, defect, etc.) For security reasons, refunds must be applied to the credit card used during your purchase. Gifts of physical products can be returned to us in new, unopened condition. The refund will be in store credit.
To initiate a return, please contact Paizo Customer Service.
To prevent damage in transit please ensure your returned items are packaged well, preferably inside of the original packaging.
Upon shipping, please retain your tracking information in case there are issues with your package arriving back to us. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our Customer Service team will process your return and will issue you your refund or replacement.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened, damaged, books sold as non-mint, digital products, and codes are not returnable. If you have problems opening or accessing Paizo digital content, please contact our customer service team. If you have problems accessing digital products or codes from our partners, please contact them directly.

If you purchased your product from a different retail store, please contact that store for returns or replacements.
SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT
Paizo ships worldwide from Washington state in the USA. Due to delivery issues, we do not ship to the following countries:
Afghanistan
Belarus
Cuba
Iran
Libya
North Korea
Russia
South Sudan
Syria
Western Sahara / Morocco
If you have particular concern about delivery to your destination, please open a customer service ticket and specify your concerns. There is always potential for temporary service disruptions in areas due to conflict, natural disasters, strikes, etc. Our system automatically adjusts for these service disruptions once they become known.
Customers shipping to the below countries must enter the appropriate identification code for their country into the COMPANY field at checkout; failure to do so will result in you not receiving your order. The IDs are as follows:
Brazil: Individual Tax ID number (CPF) or Business Tax ID (CNPJ)
China: People's Republic of China Resident Identity Card (Resident ID) number
Saudi Arabia: Short Address code/National Address*
South Korea: Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC)
Shipping and handling costs are based on dimensions, weight and protective packaging required and may vary significantly based on the item weight, size, destination and method. You will see shipping costs and estimated transit times for each shipping method during your checkout.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Paizo partners with Avalara to help ensure that tax obligations are met on all of our shipments. If you notice a problem, please contact customer support and let us know so we can investigate.
Import Taxes and Fees are charged at purchase for orders shipped to the UK and the EU. We are required to collect this on your behalf due to regulations for those regions. We do not collect taxes and fees for other international shipments. You are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery.
